About Me

“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” – Rumi

As a clinician, my role is to safeguard and support the deeply personal process of healing—whether that means working through trauma, addiction, anxiety, mood challenges, or relational struggles. True transformation happens not just in the mind, but in the body and spirit as well.

I am a licensed professional counselor in Atlanta, GA, with a focus on psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. While my formal education and experience are detailed below, what has shaped me most are the brilliant and compassionate clinicians I’ve had the privilege to work alongside—mentors who have profoundly impacted both my personal well-being and professional approach.

“Imagine if you could live your life in your whole body!” – Dr. Michael Berger

I am most drawn to the intersection of traditional talk therapy with psychedelics, somatic movement, and breathwork—approaches that allow us to bypass the ‘thinking brain’ and fully embody a life of meaning and connection. My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt & Internal Systems interventions, and Jungian Shadow work.

“If the track is tough and the hill is rough, THINKING you can just ain’t enough!” – Shel Silverstein, Where the Sidewalk Ends

Community Engagement

As a mental health advocate and clinician, I have engaged with several organizations in Atlanta in order to provide support and education.
